ChillCast Episode #3

We shot episode #3 of ChillCast with Rafiq today. Our guest was the talented actor/writer/director/producer of Bailout, Dennis O’Neill. It was a great shoot and Dennis was a terrific guest, although he held out on us on the dancing until after we stopped rolling cameras. Had we still been set up, we’d gotten a great shot of him and our production assistant, Lyz, doing some sexy-special ballroom dancing in the middle of our set. Oh well! Maybe when Dennis comes back we’ll get him and Rafiq to do burn up the floor for us.

PRISCILLA Wraps!

We just finished shooting a romantic comedy short-film, PRISCILLA, this week. The film is written and directed by Brittany Joyner, one of the stars of THE SIGNIFICANT OTHER. We shot the film on the RED ONE (MX). It was a terrific shoot with a terrific cast and crew. Now the long haul into editing begins.

ChillCast Episode #1 and #2!

We shot the first two episides of ChillCast yesterday successfully. Our star Rafiq was very excited and very nervous, but still brought that special Rafiq Uniq to the show. Our first two guests, Producer/Director/Writer Shalene Portman and Actor/Writer Dixie Sedgwick brought out incredibly interesting stories for us - we could have rolled camera on them all night and still had more to go.

Everyone had a great time finally bringing the talk show to life. Now we go back to the studio to shoot the titles with Rafiq, do some animation, write the music, and edit it all together.

We’ll be shooting the next four episodes in July and we are always looking for interesting guests. You don’t have to be “famous”, but you do have to be unique and interesting with a story to tell. If you’d like to be on ChillCast, please fill out our quick guest application.
